BC/49
BC/49 is a player favorite game that you'll only find in British Columbia. Players have two chances every week to win a fixed $2 million jackpot and other great prizes for just $1. Add the Extra option and you could win $500,000 more. BC/49 draws are held every Wednesday and Saturday at 7:30 PM PT.
How to Play
Each BC/49 play costs just $1. Choose your own six numbers from 1 to 49, or ask for a Quick Pick and your numbers will be randomly selected by the lottery computer.
Advance Play is the easiest way to play your numbers for up to 26 draws in a row. Simply mark the Advance Play box on your selection slip and the number of draws you want to enter.
For the chance to win an additional $500,000 prize, add Extra to your ticket for $1 more. Four Extra numbers from 1 to 99 are randomly chosen for you by the lottery terminal. You may add up to 10 Extra plays to each ticket.
The Extra numbers will print on your ticket whether you've added the option or not. You'll see "Yes" or "No" next to the numbers depending on whether you've purchased Extra. If your numbers match the Extra numbers drawn, you take home the grand prize of $500,000.
Package Play is a convenient way to purchase your favorite BC games together in a single transaction. Choose different game combinations at a range of price points: $5, $10, $15 or $20.
To win the BC/49 jackpot, your six numbers must match the six main numbers drawn by the lottery.
Combo Play
Combo Play lets you play multiple entries for BC/49, Lotto 6/49, or both games together. You can select a 5, 7, 8, or 9 number Combo. Choose your own lucky numbers or let Quick Pick randomly select them.
For even more chances to win, add Extra for $1 more and you could hit an additional $500,000. Up to 10 Extra plays are available per Combo Play ticket.
Check the table below for the prices of various Combos. The cost depends on how many numbers you play and the number of combinations they can make, and whether you enter one or both games.
Your ticket will print with the numbers you've picked, but will not show all the combinations. Don't worry - they're stored on the lottery computer and you can still win on them.

Here's an example of how Combo 5 works. Pick five numbers from 1 to 49, and each remaining number you have not selected is added as the sixth number to make all possible combinations. Let's say you pick 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. The sixth number in each sequence will be one of the remaining numbers from 6 to 49, for a total of 44 6-number sets.

If you play Combo 7, 8, or 9, your selected numbers from 1 to 49 are combined to make every available six-number set by swapping in the remaining numbers. For instance, if you choose 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 on a Combo 7, the table below shows the seven possible six-number sets.

Prizes and Odds
The overall odds of winning any prize are 1 in 32.3 for each $1 play. The "+" below indicates matching the number of main draw numbers shown plus the Bonus Number.
If more than one ticket matches all the $2 million jackpot numbers, the top prize will be shared equally between the winners (parimutuel).
If more than six tickets match the 5 + Bonus Number ($75,000 prize), the winners will share a total of $450,000.

Extra Prizes
Extra gives players the chance to win up to $500,000 for $1 more per play. Four Extra numbers will print on your ticket - match all four to win the top prize, or as few as one to get a cash payout. The odds of winning any prize are 1 in 6.5 for each $1 wager. If there are multiple winners of the top prize, each winner will receive the full $500,000.
